Lies of Pis a retelling of the beloved children’s tale of Pinocchio but set in a Bloodborne universe. The dark and gothic world of Lifes of P is a blend of the Victorian era, mixed with some Steampunk and Lovecraftian horror. It’s a dark fantasy world that remains everpresent in the way the buildings look, its enemies and of course in the different outfits and costumes.

Lies of Plets you adjust your own puppet boy’s costumes through purely cosmetic items that will not affect combat stats or abilities. There’s a wide variety of costumes to choose from and it’s customisable from the clothes on your body, boots, gloves, masks and more. Some of these Costumes you’ll get just by progressing through the story, but most of these are obtained through optional side quests. In this guide, we’ll go through where and how to get all the costumes inLies of P.

How To Change Outfits & Accessories

Change your Outfits and Accessories in theCostumesection of theEquipmentmenu. Simply select the Equipment menu (Dual Swords Icon) and then select the last tab that says Costume. You can then proceed to change either your Accessory or Outfit.

Alchemist’s Cape

Location:Final Trinity Sanctum
Reward:Given by Arlecchino (King of Riddles)

The cape worn by Alchemists. It is made out of luxurious fabric, befitting people who take pride in being the masters of Krat.

To unlock this outfit head into the last section of the Trinity Sanctum to speak to the King of Riddles on the telephone. After speaking to him you’ll get The Chosen One’s Trinity Key. Use the key on a locked door at the bottom of the Arche Abbey Outer Wall. Inside you’ll find Arlecchino and after speaking to him (pick whichever choice) he’ll give you the Alchemist’s Cape.

The Atoned’s Hunting Apparel

Location:Krat Central Station
Reward:Decipher the Jeweled Cryptic Vessel

The hunting attire of The Atoned bears the scars of regret and despair.She was proud of protecting people as a Stalker. However, her dignity was crushed when she realized that she had become a guide to hell.

The information on where to find The Atoned’s Hunting Apparel can be found in the Jeweled Cryptic Vessel which you can decipher with Venigni at Hotel Krat. Once you’ve deciphered the Vessel and solved all the clues head over to the ‘Cerasanti Alley’ Stargazer. Go along the cliff edge and use the Check Ground gesture near a barrel, at the spot indicated within the picture. You’ll find The Atoned’s Hunting Apparel and a Legion Caliber.

Black Cat’s Hunting Apparel

Location:Hermit’s Cave in Barren Swamp
Reward:Decipher the Rusty Cryptic Vessel

The hunting apparel of the Black Cat. It is an extra set stolen by robbers who were drawn to its quality.

The information on where to find Black Cat’s Hunting Apparel can be found in the Rusty Cryptic Vessel which you can decipher with Venigni at Hotel Krat. Once you’ve deciphered the Vessel head over to Barren Swamp and go through the cave next to where Hugo is. Go into the cave until you reach the Hermit’s Cave Stargazer at the very far end. Defeat or evade the elite enemy there to head up the stairs to find a Quartz and Black Cat’s Hunting Apparel in a safe.

Blue Blood’s Tailcoat

Location:Trinity Sanctum within Venigni’s Works
Reward:Unlocked from a safe in the Sanctum

The Blue Blood’s Tailcour is the formal attire of the Stalker organisation of Bastards.

Within Venigni’s Works is a locked Sanctum room that you’ll need a key to access. Obtain the Trinity Key by correctly answering the questions posed by the King of Riddles near the Workshop Union Entrance.

Note: Wear this outfit when fighting The Survivor to get a special dialogue scene.

The Great Venigni’s Signature Coat

Note: This is a special costume only available for Lies of P Deluxe game pre-orders

A high-quality coat designed by Venigni himself. It is an exact replica of the same coat that Venigni is always wearing. Find this outfit as an included DLC bonus for any Lies of P Deluxe game pre-orders.

Mad Donkey’s Hunting Apparel

Location:Alchemist Bridge in Elysion Boulevard on the way toKrat City Hall.
Reward:After defeating the Mad Donkey.

It’s impossible to miss this outfit because Mad Donkey is a compulsory boss you’ll need to face to progress through theLies of Pstoryline. The Hunting Apparel of the Mad Donkey reeks of brutal violence. The madman who was now terminally ill no longer feared puppets or the Petrification Disease.

You’ll encounter the Mad Donkey at the bridge before City Hall. They will be yelling into a carriage when you meet them. He wields a long Great Saw and after defeating him you’ll get not just the Mad Donkey’s Hunting Apparel but Mad Donkey’s Mask, Krat City Hall Key and the Enigma Assembly Tool.

Mischievous Puppet’s Clothes

Note: This is a special costume only available for Lies of P game pre-orders

The clothing of the mischievous wooden puppet Venigni made for the parade. Everyone in Krat knows the fairy tale about the mischievous wooden puppet. Find this outfit as an included DLC bonus for any Lies of P pre-orders.

Monster Sweeper’s Hunting Apparel

Location:Trinity Sanctum within St. Frangelico Cathedral
Reward:Unlocked from a safe in the Sanctum

The hunting apparel of the Stalker organization of Sweepers.

Like the Blue Blood’s Tailcoat, you’ll need the Trinity Key to enter the Trinity Sanctum in St. Frangelico Cathedral. Much in the same way you’ll need to answer the question correctly from the King of Riddles at a telephone booth in one of the empty buildings in the Malum District.

Q: “I stand tall and proud when I’m young and bold. But I’m short and humble once I’ve gotten old. What am I?”
A: Candle

Find the safe on one side of the wall in the room with the three chairs. Break the lock to find the Monster Sweeper’s Hunting Apparel and the Black Cat’s Amulet.

Owl Doctor’s Hunting Apparel

Location:Inside the House on Elysion Boulevard
Reward:Decipher the Crafter Cryptic Vessel

This outfit was worn by a peculiar doctor, it may look normal but it has a grim past that strikes distress in those who see this ensemble.

The information on where to find the Owl Doctor’s Hunting Apparel can be found in the Crafted Cryptic Vessel which you can decipher with Venigni at Hotel Krat. Once you’ve deciphered the Vessel and solved all the clues head over to the Stargazer ‘Inside the House on Elysion Boulevard’. Once there jump to the building to the right next to yours. Enter through the brown door and open the safe inside to find the Owl Doctor’s Hunting Apparel.

Puppet Prince’s Formal Dress

Location:Estrella Opera House
Reward:Defeat Romeo, King of the Puppets

The formal attire of the puppet prince was originally worn by Red Actress Adelina Corday when she played the part in a play.

The King of Puppets is a non-optional boss in Lies of P, that you’ll find on the second floor of the Estella Opera House. Defeat him in both his forms as King of Puppets, as well as Romeo to get him to drop the Puppet Prince’s Formal Dress, Burnt-White King’s Ergo and Someone’s Necklace.

Red Fox’s Hunting Apparel

Location:Inside the House on Elysion Boulevard
Reward:Decipher the Mechanical Cryptic Vessel

Once you’ve deciphered the Vessel and solved all the clues head over to the ‘Abandoned Apartment’ Stargazer. Once inside look for the Wandering Merchant with the Frozen Feat weapon (purchased from Alidoro with Victor’s Reborn Champion’s Ergo) equipped. Show him the weapon to receive the Red Fox’s Hunting Apparel and a Quartz.

Robber Weasel’s Hunting Apparel

Location:Krat Central Station Platform.
Reward:After defeating Robber Weasel

The Robber Weasel’s seemingly shabby hunting attire is, in fact, highly effective for its nefarious purposes, as it has been instrumental in countless aristocratic deaths and the displacement of numerous homeowners in Krat.

Robber Weasel is an optional Mini-Boss that wields a small axe and wears a Weasel animal mask. They’ll jump you at Krat Central Station Platform attempting to rob you and when you defeat them they’ll drop their Hunting Apparel as well as their Mask.

Someone’s Memory

Location:Hotel Krat
Reward:Speak to Antonia at Hotel Krat

The uniform from a renowned Krat boarding school exudes sophistication and dignity, having been worn by previous students.

After you arrive at Hotel Krat for the first time, head to the library in the west wing of the hotel. Inside you’ll find Antonia, the owner of Hotel Krat. Speak to her to obtain the Someone’s Memory outfit as well as the ‘Show Off Clothes’ gesture.

Note: If you wear the outfit and use the gesture in front ofAntoniashe’ll give you 1xVivid Ergo Fragment.

Survivor’s Hunting Apparel

Location:Workshop Union Culvertarea, near theVenigni Works Control Room
Reward:After defeating Survivor

The hunting apparel of the Survivor. It belonged to the one who forsook his oath. When the puppets toppled the tower, the youth fled in fear. He lost his sworn brother and his name that day and became a survivor wandering in hell.

You’ll find the Survivor at the Workshop Union Culvert as an optional boss. Head through a broken wall in the flaming boulder tunnel to find him. Much like the Mouse mask he wears, Survivor is quick and agile and will wield a long Saber blade. This combat encounter will consist of a lot of repositioning and parrying, but as you learn his movements and anticipate his strikes, you should be able to stagger him and deal him a number of fatal blows until he is cleared.

Upon defeating Survivor he will drop his Hunting Apparel and Mask. Additionally, you will learn a new gesture known as Stalker’s Promise.

The White Lady’s Hunting Apparel

Location:Rosa Isabelle Street after you defeatLaxasia the Complete
Purchase:From Test Subject 826 for 5000 Ergo

An all-white attire that emits luxury above all, as regal as it looks, the purity of this outfit can easily be tainted by the blood and oil of those you slay.

After you defeat Laxasia The Complete return to the Rosa Isabelle Street entrance and speak with Test Subject 826 at the elevator behind the Arche Abbey Outer Wall trap. Descend the steps and keep to the left until you reach a convenient shortcut gate. Then, cross the bridge to discoverTest Subject 826once more. Speak to him one more time to be able to purchase The White Lady’s Hunting Apparel from him for 5000 Ergo.

White Shirt

Note: This is the default outfit when you begin playing Lies of P.

Everyday attire that can be worn casually. It is imbued with someone’s kind consideration. his outfit features a White Shirt and Blue Knickerbockers, the white shirt, although as clean as it looks, can get easily tainted with the blood and oil of those who stand in the way.

Workshop Master’s Workwear

This outfit is the uniform for workers of the Workshop Union.
