In my few years of teaching I have come to realize that learning is a life long process. That's why I always encourage my learners to open minded. To try as much as they could in class, why? Because I always have a notion that it is better to give out a wrong answer in class than to harbor wrong thoughts an then offload them during an assessment. this would negatively affect the outcome of the assessment. Accordingly I encourage my learners by creating a learning environment where they can express themselves freely. In so doing, learners will have an opportunity to have have their thoughts either amended or amplified in the long run.# Let's not just teach for the sake of it but create a learning environment which provokes in curiosity in learners for the betterment of their faculty growth.
